For example, on major works, we furnish a full 9 page project specification with a complete breakdown of costs making our pricing system transparent and unique. In the event that a client decides on additional works or changes the scope of the project as it progresses the exact financial position is known at all times, thus ensuring no unexpected costs.

All projects are given a full programme of works detailing the daily scope of works allowing you, where necessary, to plan your valuable time aroud the build.

Your project is managed from inception to completion by our own project manager who communicates with you on a daily basis.

ADVICE AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Our service begins with our initial client meeting. Our straightforward advice will save you time and money. As the project moves forward we liaise with the local authority building control and planning departments to ensure the relevant stage inspections are carried out and work approved right through to the final sign-off.

We ensure all relevant documentation is completed and supplied to the client. This can be important where a mortgage or finance company is involved and especially so when legal papers are necessary for the eventual sale of the property.
